CHEESE CHICKEN BREAD TOAST


Ingredients
  • Bread ( I use brown bread) - 4
  • Egg - 4
  • Cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Chicken sliced, boneless - 1 breast pc
  • Capsicum, chopped - 1 tsp
  • Red & yellow bell pepper, chopped - 2 tsp
  • Onion, chopped - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies, chopped - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - as required



Method

Heat oil in pan/ wok. Add onion, fry it for a min. Add chicken and salt. Fry it for another 2-3 mins. Add capsicum, red & yellow bell pepper and chaat masala powder. Fry for a few sec and keep aside.

Now in a bowl beat eggs, salt, pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves until blended.

Now take the bread slices and cut the middle portion of the bread to make a pocket. Heat butter in non-stick pan. Place the hole bread and add 2 tsp premade chicken stuff into the pocket. Add cheese and pour some of the beaten egg into it. Now place the remaining bread of that slice to cover it. Turn the bread very carefully, toast the other side. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
