Ingredients
- Egg - 5
- Onion, chopped - 2
- Green chillies - 4
- Tomatoes, chopped - 1
- Coriander leaves, chopped - 2 tsp
- Poppy seeds paste - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds paste - 2 to 3
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard oil - as required
Method
Boil water in a wok. Crack and pour eggs one by one into it. Boil for 5 mins. Take it out from the water and keep aside.
Now in a mixing bowl, add these boiled poach, onion, green chillies, tomatoes, poppy seeds paste, mustard seeds paste, salt and mustard oil. Mix well. Transfer it in a box and close it tightly. Now in a big pan boil some water. Put the box in it. Keep the flame in medium high and let it be like that for 30 mins. Switch off the gas and take it out. As it is hot, open the box carefully. Add some chopped coriander leaves and enjoy hot with steamed rice.
