Method
In a mixing bowl, take the wheat flour and all purpose flour. Add ajwain, black pepper powder, Kasuri methi, a little salt & sugar and 1 tsp ghee. Give it a nice mix. Now add the curd and mix well. Gradually add some luke warm water and make a soft dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep for 20 mins.
Knead it again for 2-3 minutes till it is smooth. Take a small portion from the dough and make a ball. This way make equal size of balls from the entire dough. Put a tawa on the flame.
Now take a ball, sprinkle some flour on a flat surface. Start rolling using a rolling pin. Make sure that the paratha will be small in size. Once the tawa is hot, place the rolled paratha on it. After few seconds, you will notice some bubbles on top. Flip it and add some ghee and spread it.
Gently press it from the top. Flip again and spread some ghee on the other side. Once fried from the both sides, remove it and repeat the same procedure for the rest. Enjoy it with any Indian curry.
