Cooking was not my choice before marriage. To be very honest I never tried to do it. Like every other parents, I was also pampered by my mom-dad. Both my mom and dad cooks very well, specially my mom.
After marriage, I started cooking. My husband is a big foodie and he used to eat a lot in restaurants. I started to try new recipes at home and got tremendous appreciation. My love for cooking increases day by day. And to be very honest, my husband always praise my cooking. My in-laws also love to have those dishes. Now-a-days almost everyone - my friends, family like my cooking. One day my husband suggest me that I should write food blog. And Trisha'ss Kitchen started at that time.
Anyways, today my husband's friends are coming to our house, specially to taste my recipes. So, I thought to make something simple but delicious. In starter, I made Egg Pakoda and Dry Chilli Chicken. And in main course, I made Ghee Rice & Chicken Ghee Roast. And salad was there.

The Ghee Rice is sweet in taste and the Chicken Ghee Roast is not so spicy. So you can easily give it to the children too. They will definitely like it. Serve these along with fresh green salad.
